About Jim
Jim is a dynamic leader with a wealth of hard-earned business experience.
Jim’s signature talent is the ability to persuade and motivate others to accept – even embrace – change. He is a gifted storyteller who engages every audience, whether a boardroom of senior executives, a ballroom-full of award-winning sales people, or a group of fellow boaters at the dock. He’s always ready to lead the charge over the hill, saying that “half the people are following me because I’ve inspired them and the other half are chasing me because they want to kill me!”
Here’s Jim in action, motivating an audience of sales people.
Welcome or not, change takes courage. There is uncertainty. Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. Sometimes there is something holding you back.
That’s where we can help.
